Conditions of payment

A deposit of 50 % of the total amount is due within one week of booking confirmation.

All other amounts are payable up to 6 weeks before arrival.

If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to refuse the booking. The hirer is responsible for any costs incurred.

Terms of cancellation

• Up to 3 months before arrival, cancellation is possible free of charge.
• Up to 2 months before arrival we will refund 50% of the deposit.
• Up to 6 weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
• Up to 2 weeks before arrival 80% of the total costs are to be paid by you.
• Less then 2 weeks before arrival, no refund is possible.

There are many insurance companies that offer travel cancellation insurances. You can book most of them online and they will ensure that you don’t have to pay your costs (if you can’t go on your trip) such as airfare, house rent, car rental and so on. We recommend that you take out such an insurance.
