Self-catering Holiday residence „Perle unter der Sonne“

You can expect a luxurious private holiday House with 177 m² living area (incl. patio and terrace). It’s ideal for up to 6 people and is located in the historic town of Paarl in the Western Cape wine region of South Africa.

The House offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet and a large open plan living, dining and cooking area. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a super king-size bed as well as a TV. The other two bedrooms have king-size or queen-size beds.

Enjoy a cosy evening in the lounge in front of the TV or with a delicious glass of wine. For the cooler winter evenings, the house has a wood-burning fireplace.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and everything else you need for your perfect self-catering holiday.

All rooms have air conditioning.

To the front of the House there’s a covered patio with seating.To the rear of the house, the garden, patio and pool are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Additional seating areas privide discreet privacy.

There is parking space available on the premises.

For your security, the House is alarm-protected and the outside area has CCTV.

We provide you with fast internet (fibre optic) free of charge.

For your personal entertainment there are 2 flat screen TVs and an audio system (each with USB connection). Bring your own music and films to suit your tastes. There are also a few games and books in the house for a cosy evening.

Weekly cleaning service and change of towels included (for stays of 10 days or more) with additional change of bed linen for longer stays.
