In the Cape Region
Cape Town – A must do – Trip or two into the city
There is something for everyone in this metropolis. Enjoy a day on the Waterfront at the “Victoria & Albert” Mall for shopping, dining or a boat cruise. See the amazing marine life at the “Two Oceans Acquarium” or simply explore Cape Town; there is never enough time to do it all.
A “must do” is to take the cable car up Table Mountain – provided the clouds cooperate.
The “Kirstenbosch” Botanical Gardens provides colorful flowers almost all year round.
Coastal / Beaches
You can reach both coasts within a 1 hour driving.
As a reward, you get stunning beaches with a breathtaking waves (East Coast).
Great beach bars and restaurants welcome you to the West Coast and the South African sun makes for a fantastic day out.
Even if you don’t like the beach, there’s plenty to see along the coast. Take a walk through the penguin colony or just drive on the panoramic coastal drive (along the Indian Ocean coast).
Of course there are many water activities on offer along the coastline, e.g. cage diving with sharks.
